How to prepare Asparagus Omelette, with Yaya Pili

Hi! I’m Aitana Ralda. In this new video featuring my “Yaya” Pili and myself, we present the recipe of one of the most delightful dishes in the Catalan late Winter: the Asparagus Omelette, with one of the most celebrated native products we have in our fields: the asparagus.

For many of our friends and adopters that omelette was quite a surprise during the recent Encounter in the Oil and Asparagus Fair. Today we explain how to prepare it quickly.

You only need eggs, asparagus (only the end), minced garlic, a pinch of salt and some Ralda+Friends olive oil. By the end of the video I’m going to give you an idea to convert this omelette in something superior.
